LaserAway Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

LaserAway has appointed Julie Kang as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Jordan Blackmon, Val Lopez and Ivy Arlia led the search.

As Chief People Officer, Julie will assess and build upon existing HR foundations to create a best-in-class HR function that can support the rapidly growing business. Julie will work closely with the LaserAway executive team and the Ares Management team to ensure people and business strategies align. In this role, Julie will report to CEO Scott Heckmann and lead a team of ~15. Prior to joining LaserAway, Julie served as Vice President, Human Resources at Dine Brands Global.
