TreeHouse Foods Appoints Head of Talent Acquisition from Search by Hanold Associates


CHICAGO (Mar. 10, 2021) ― TreeHouse Foods, a leading manufacturer and distributor of private label packaged foods and beverages, has appointed Josh Elmore as Head of Talent Acquisition (TA). Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh and Lisa Butkus led the Chicago-based search.

Elmore spent six years at General Electric in various TA roles, and more recently comes to TreeHouse from Kerry, Inc. where he served as Head of Talent Acquisition, North America. Reporting directly to Chief Talent Officer Betsey Strobl, Elmore will be responsible for developing and driving a high-performing team and recruiting function for TreeHouse’s corporate and salaried plant populations. Building upon the company’s existing strategies and processes, Elmore will transform the function, organizing and streamlining all processes and policies to build something that is fast-paced, efficient and cost-effective.
