CHICAGO (Mar. 9, 2021) ― Material, a modern marketing services company, has appointed Kiva Wilson as Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). Sandra Peña, Sonia Nagra and Keri Gavin led the search for this Los Angeles-based role.
Wilson comes to Material from Paradigm and prior to that, Facebook, where she served in various DE&I and talent management roles. In the newly created role of SVP of DE&I, Wilson will be the key leader focused on establishing, evolving and leading DE&I efforts across the company. Reporting directly to CEO Dave Sackman, she will serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team, working to create an environment of awareness, acceptance and allyship throughout Material.
“Kiva is an influential leader who will be a transformative addition to Material,” said Sandra Peña, Hanold Partner. “With her proven success in attracting and retaining key talent―and fostering an authentic culture of inclusion and belonging―Kiva will enable Material to quickly and effectively move the needle on DE&I.
