Save The Children US has retained Hanold Associates for its Chief Technology Officer search. Hanold Associates’ Neela Seenandan, Sandra Peña, Hans Henson and Sonia Nagra will lead the search for this critical role.

Save the Children is the world’s leading expert in childhood. For more than 100 years, in the United States and around the world, the global humanitarian organization has been working to ensure children get a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. Save the Children employs 25,000 staff in more than 100 countries, with more than 1,400 colleagues based in the U.S.

The combination of COVID-19, global conflict, and the climate crisis have exacerbated existing inequities for children around the world, making Save the Children’s mission more important than ever. To better address the unique challenges facing children and scale impact for kids, the organization is in the midst of a digital transformation, changing its approach to technology with human-centered design and data insights. Save the Children is hiring a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who will join at an exciting and critical time for the organization and will serve as a key member of the growing and evolving Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the COO, the new CTO will bring vision, leadership and innovation to Save the Children’s technology, data, function, infrastructure and operations that facilitate its work for children both domestically and internationally. This leader will be remote with travel or based in Fairfield, Connecticut or Washington, D.C.
