Charter Next Generation Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Charter Next Generation (CNG) has appointed Lisa Alteri as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Yae, Sandra Peña and Ivy Arlia led the Chicago, Illinois-based search.

As Chief HR Officer, Lisa will serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to the CEO and executive team, leading the development and operationalization of a best-in-class people strategy. Lisa will report to CEO Kathy Bolhous and lead both human resources and communications for the organization, with a focus on continuous improvement and service delivery excellence. Prior to joining CNG, Lisa had a progressive 20+ year career with Kraft Heinz where she served in various leadership roles across the business including Chief People Officer for the US and most recently, Chief Transformation Officer.
