CHICAGO (Dec. 9, 2020) ― Robertshaw, an innovative product design and manufacturing company owned by One Rock Capital Partners, has appointed James Valdez as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Hanold Associates’ Sonia Nagra and Sandra Peña led the search for this Greater Chicago area role.
Reporting directly to the CEO of Robertshaw, Valdez will be responsible for all HR matters throughout the organization, leading a team of regional leaders in the United States, Mexico, Europe and Asia. James Valdez comes to Robertshaw from CBRE, a commercial real estate and investment firm, where he led the human resources function. Prior to CBRE he served in various HR capacities at AES and PepsiCo.

The company designs and manufactures critical components and control systems for cooking, laundry, dishwashing, heating, refrigeration and transportation products.
