CHICAGO (Dec. 8, 2020) ― Dow, one of the largest chemical producers in the world, has retained Hanold Associates in its search for a Head of Total Rewards. Kile Hanold and Mayank Parikh are leading the search for this Michigan-based role.
The Head of Total Rewards will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Inclusion Officer, Karen S. Carter. The leader in this role will build, develop, inspire and manage the team that designs and administers global compensation and benefits programs, policies, practices, procedures and legislative compliance. This person will collaborate internally across global business units, functions and geographies, in addition to maintaining an external focus on best practices and the global competitive environment. Helping drive Dow’s competitive advantage, this leader will ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with company strategy and business goals, as well as enhance Dow’s ability to hire, retain, and motivate diverse talent at all levels and across all geographies.
This role has overall responsibility for billions of dollars of spend annually for Dow’s 36,500 employees globally, and will interface with the board, CEO and C-suite regularly.
