Kaiser Permanente, an American integrated managed care consortium, has appointed Steve Shields as Senior Vice President of Labor Relations. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Sonia Nagra led the search for this role based in Oakland, California. Kaiser Permanente employs over 200,00 people and serves over 12 million members.
Shields recently served as Head of Employee and Labor Relations for Sanford Health. He joined Kaiser on Mar. 8, 2021 as SVP, National Labor Relations & Office of Labor Management Partnership.
