Kaiser Permanente has appointed Adrienne LaBuy as Executive Director, National Payroll Services. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Kile Hanold led the search for this critical role.
Joining Kaiser as Executive Director, National Payroll Services, Adrienne will lead payroll and timekeeping, including the functional strategy, transaction management, client experience and functional transformation. This role will lead a team of +100 across payroll and timekeeping and report directly to Vice President of Employee Services, Tim Stephens. Adrienne previously served as Senior Payroll Leader at International Business Machines (IBM).
