Sprout Social has appointed Diane Circo as Vice President of Recruitment. Hanold Associates’ Sonia Nagra and Sarah Kennedy led the search for this role.
As Vice President of Recruitment, Diane will support Sprout Social’s immense growth by expanding the recruitment function to ensure that it can continue to bring in outstanding talent. Diane will focus on building relationships with various teams across the company to understand business needs and elevate the function. Diane will report to Chief People Officer Maureen Calabrese and lead a recruitment team of 21. Diane previously served as Vice President, US Talent Acquisition at Siemens USA.
