 Illinois Institute of Technology has retained Hanold Associates to lead the search for their Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Ashley Schiele and Katie Wolf lead the search for the role based in Chicago.

Reporting to CFO Michael Horan, the Associate Vice President (Head) of Human Resources will lead a team of five with a strong focus on the development of leadership talent. This strategic, decisive and collaborative leader will transform the human resources function from passive and administrative to proactive and strategic. They will execute on long term, operational and service-oriented initiatives to further the function’s credibility across the organization.

As IIT moves to a more centralized, shared-services model for their support functions, the Associate Vice President of HR will create and spearhead critical initiatives that are vital to advancing the effectiveness of HR services, operations and results.
