Hanold Associates has launched the Vice President Talent search for Vail Resorts. Jason Hanold, Ashley Schiele and Karlis Antons lead the search for the role based at Vail Resorts headquarters in the Denver metro area.

The company operates through three segments: Mountain, Lodging and Real Estate. The company has over 6000 year-round, full-time employees and adds over 30,000 seasonal and part-time employees annually.
The company’s Mountain segment operates 14 mountain resort properties and three urban ski areas, as well as ancillary services, primarily including ski school, dining, and retail/rental operations.
In the Lodging segment, the company owns and/or manages a collection of luxury hotels and condominiums.
The company’s Real Estate segment owns, develops, and sells real estate in and around its resort communities.
Reporting to Chief Human Resources Officer, Lynanne Kunkel, the Vice President of Talent is responsible for driving Vail Resorts’ enterprise-wide talent development vision, strategy, and programs. Talent development at Vail includes talent and succession planning, learning and leadership development, team and organization development, performance management, and culture and employee experience/engagement. This leader will bring a global perspective, embracing diversity of thought and experience, in leading the Talent function across the Vail Resorts ecosystem.
