DaVita Appoints Vice President of Teammate Engagement from Search by Hanold Associates

DaVita has appointed Amanda Hume as Vice President of Teammate Engagement. Hanold Associates’ Ivy Arlia, Adam Watson and Mayank Parikh led the search for this role based in Denver, Colorado.

Amanda previously served as Head of Change Experience at HP. Joining DaVita as VP of Teammate Engagement, Amanda will step into a unique role with a focus on building culture and creating a sense of connection and belonging for all of their 67,000 employees. In this role, Amanda is responsible for setting the vision for teammate engagement, leading internal campaigns and teammate facing programs, and delivering enterprise-wide in-person and virtual events.
