The Ford Foundation Retains Hanold Associates for Director, Total Rewards Search

The Ford Foundation has retained Hanold Associates for its Director, Total Rewards search. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold, Eleanor Tetreault and Jam Sulahry will lead the search for this role.

The Ford Foundation is a global, grant-making philanthropy that works to disrupt inequality in all its forms. It was established with an initial gift of $25,000 from Edsel Ford, son of Henry, the founder of the Ford Motor Company. Across the eight decades since, the foundation’s mission has been to reduce poverty and injustice, strengthen democratic values, promote international cooperation and advance human achievement. The organization is headquartered in New York City with 10 additional offices around the world and supports programs in more than 50 countries.

As a part of an ongoing organization evolution, the Ford Foundation is transitioning to a business partner and center of excellence model to create a more sufficient structure. The Director, Total Rewards will create that model within total rewards and elevate the organization’s global compensation, benefits and HRIS functions. This leader will be based in New York City.
