Cresset Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Cresset has appointed Adwoa Mograbi as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Adam Watson, Hans Henson, Maisha Pearson and Sandra Peña led the search for this role.

As Chief People Officer, Adwoa will build on existing foundations within the people function to evolve strategies that support the high growth of the company from a people perspective. Adwoa will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and lead a growing team of five. Prior to joining Cresset, Adwoa served as Chief HR Officer at Federal Home Loan Banks, Office of Finance.
