JD High Country has appointed Beth Rotert as Head of Retail Operations located in Jackson, Wyoming. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Butkus and Jason Hanold led the search.
Beth Rotert comes to JD High Country from leadership roles at the well-recognized retail brands Eddie Bauer and Coldwater Creek. Reporting directly to the store ownership group at JD High Country, Ms. Rotert will lead and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring that growth and profitability targets are achieved. She will have full responsibility for all aspects of the retail operation including Sales, Merchandising, Advertising, Financial Analysis, Management and Human Resources.
