THOR Industries has appointed Michele McDermott as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold, Sandra Peña and Meg McElroy led the Elkhart, Indiana based search.
As Chief HR Officer, Michele will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s comprehensive human resources strategy and operations, talent management, inclusion, safety, compensation, and benefits, aiming to enhance support for its decentralized family of companies and their team members. In this role, Michele will report directly to President and CEO Bob Martin. Prior to joining THOR, Michele served as Chief HR Officer at Hub Group.
