The New York Times Appoints Senior Vice President, Total Rewards from Search by Hanold Associates

The New York Times has named Cassandra Lammers as Senior Vice President, Total Rewards. Hanold AssociatesKile Hanold and Mayank Parikh led the search for this New York-based role.

Lammers joins The New York Times from Audible, Inc., where she served as the Vice President, Total Rewards. In her new role at the Times, she will report to Chief HR Officer Jacqueline Welch and oversee the entire total rewards function, leading broad-based and executive compensation, short- and long-term incentives, salary and hourly reviews, health, welfare, savings and pension plans and global mobility. This critical role will help to deliver creative strategies to bring top talent to the Times.
