Tenneco Appoints VP of Global Culture, Inclusion & Engagement from Search by Hanold Associates

Tenneco, a leading global automotive components equipment manufacturer, has appointed Deb Sinta as Vice President, Global Culture, Inclusion & Engagement. Hanold Associates’ Partners Katrina Prospero, Sonia Nagra and Keri Gavin led the search for this Greater Chicago area-based role.

Headquartered in Lake Forest, IL, Tenneco had 2019 revenues of $17.5 billion and approximately 78,000 team members working at more than 300 sites worldwide. These global facilities are comprised of manufacturing, engineering and technical facilities and distribution centers and warehouses. Publicly traded on the New York Stock exchange as TEN.

Sinta recently served as Vice President of Talent, Inclusion & Culture for Tyson Foods Inc. She joins Tenneco as the company aims to be a market leader in the automotive space, not only from a business perspective but as an inclusive organization. Partnering with other leaders across the company, she will work to influence and shape the culture into one that is inclusive and engaging to its employees at all levels around the world.
