Save the Children Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Save the Children has appointed Tina Ragland as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Neela Seenandan, Sarah Kennedy, Sandra Peña and Adam Watson led the search, with Neela Seenandan also serving as interim Chief People Officer.

Headquartered in Fairfield, Connecticut, Save the Children has grown to more than 1,400 employees in the United States and 25,000 globally across more than 100 countries.

As Chief People Officer, Tina will build upon existing HR practices to continue developing a best-in-class people and culture function to support the rapidly evolving organization. Serving as a key member of the organization’s leadership team, Tina will oversee all people-related functions and strengthen the HR partnership while promoting HR service delivery excellence. In this role, Tina will report directly to CEO Janti Soeripto. Prior to joining Save the Children, Tina served as Enterprise Leader of DEI & Talent Development at Pacific Life.
