National Veterinary Associates has appointed James Neal as People Partner HR. Hanold Associates’ Adam Watson, Mayank Parikh and Eleanor Tetreault led the search.
James previously served as a Vice President, Human Resources at Carter’s. Joining NVA as a People Partner, HR, James will support the people of NVA Compassion-First.
NVA offers a full range of veterinary services in more than 1,100 companion veterinary hospitals and 100+ pet resorts across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, served by a Support Center in California with field-based teams in the US. The company’s 30,000 professionals provide medical and surgical services whilst improving the well-being of patients. As of February 2020, NVA is owned by JAB Investors.
