National Veterinary Associates has appointed Jessica Fay as Head of Environmental, Social and Governance. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Val Lopez led the search.
As Head of ESG, Jessica will partner with leaders to comprehensively integrate ESG into NVA’s business operations. Serving as the strategic ESG leader, Jessica will facilitate and expand ESG programming and provide leadership to both corporate and field team members. In this role, Jessica will report to President and Chief Operating Officer, Brian Kelly. Prior to joining NVA, Jessica served as Director, Environmental, Social & Governance Performance at TPG Global.
NVA offers a full range of veterinary services in more than 1,375 companion veterinary hospitals and 100+ pet resorts across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, served by a Support Center in California with field-based teams in the US. The company’s 37,000 professionals provide medical and surgical services whilst improving the well-being of patients. As of February 2020, NVA is owned by JAB Investors.
