FXI, portfolio company of PE One Rock Capital Partners, Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

FXI Kristin Pasternack

FXI, the leading provider of comfort solutions, has appointed Kristin Pasternack as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Sonia Nagra led the search for this role.

As CPO, Kristin will continue to evolve the HR function and lead investments in talent and leadership development with a focus on enabling business performance. In this role, Kristin will report directly to CEO Harold Earley. Prior to joining FXI, Kristin served as Vice President HR, Communications Solutions & Corporate Functions at TE Connectivity.

FXI designs, manufactures and delivers mattresses, toppers and pillows under its growing portfolio of owned brands, which include novaform, SleepInnovations, Molecule and nüe.
