ClearChoice has appointed Lizzie Garner as Senior Vice President of HR. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele, Val Lopez and Ivy Arlia led the search for the remote role.
As Senior Vice President of HR, Lizzie will lead the HR function for ClearChoice. Lizzie will create and manage the organization’s People strategy, overseeing enterprise talent and engagement strategies as ClearChoice continues its growth trajectory with newly appointed CEO Rahma Samow. In this role, Lizzie will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, operators and the TAG People leadership team. Prior to joining ClearChoice, Lizzie served as Chief People Officer at Guaranteed Rate.
Acquired by The Aspen Group (TAG) in 2020, ClearChoice is a fully integrated provider of dental implant procedures, performing more procedures annually than any other network through more than 94 centers. ClearChoice has grown to 2,500 employees and $1 billion in revenue. TAG is a holding company for a group of healthcare organizations that include Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, AZPetVet, Chapter Aesthetic Studio and WellNow. These acquisitions were also supported by private equity firms Leonard Green & Partners and Ares, who invested in the company in 2017. United as one group, TAG’s ~20,000 healthcare professionals and team members are bringing better healthcare to more people, with more than 1,200 total health and wellness offices across 46 states.
