Kettle Cuisine has appointed Laura Brown as Executive Vice President of HR. Hanold Associates’ Jordan Blackmon and Sarah Kennedy led the search.
In November of 2022, Kettle Cuisine formed a partnership to acquire Freshly . As Executive VP, HR, Laura will support the integration to ensure a smooth transition and continue to shape a high-performing HR function. In this role, Laura will report directly to CEO, Liam McClennon, as a member of his executive team and lead the organization’s nine-member HR team. Prior to joining Kettle Cuisine, Laura served as Chief People Officer at Lecoq Cuisine Corporation.
