Bonfire Studios has appointed Courtney Bogaard as Head of People. Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh, Jordan Blackmon and Katrina Maione led the Irvine, California based search.
Founded with the intent to operate with a team-driven mentality, as the first ever Head of People, Courtney will support the creation and alignment of these teams that will be essential to Bonfire Studios’ growth. In this role, Courtney will report directly to CEO Rob Pardo and lead the company’s people function, maintaining the team-focused, collaborative culture. Prior to joining Bonfire Studios, Courtney served as Chief People Officer at Uptempo.
Bonfire Studios is an independent video game development studio whose mission is to create games that foster camaraderie and cultivate welcoming, long-lasting communities.
