Seabrook Island Club has appointed Melanie DeLong as Director of Human Resources. Hanold Associates’ Eleanor Tetreault and Catie Nelson led the Seabrook Island, South Carolina-based search.
As Director of Human Resources, Melanie will oversee all ongoing HR operations to ensure the organization continues to operate smoothly. Melanie will focus on making Seabrook Island a top employer through culture development, talent strategy, employee growth, and employer branding. Prior joining Seabrook Island Club, Melanie served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Big Cedar Lodge.
Seabrook Island is a private oceanfront community near historic Charleston, South Carolina and home to the Seabrook Island Club, which offers two championship golf courses, a top-tier Racquet Club, a full-service Equestrian Center, Beach Club dining, a deep-water marina, and full-service shopping village. Since 1991, the Club has been owned by the property owners, ensuring the community’s continued growth and sustainability.
