The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation Appoints HR Manager from Search by Hanold Associates

The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation has appointed Amy Armstrong as HR Manager. Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh and Heather Khoury led the Palo Alto, California-based search.

As the HR Manager, Amy will be responsible for leading the Learning & Development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement functions within the foundation as well as serving as an HR Business Partner in support of key groups in the organization. Amy will serve as a strategic business partner and key member of the HR leadership team, reporting directly to Head of People Nav Arora. Prior to joining the foundation, Amy served as HR Business Partner at Google X.

The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation operates with the mission to foster path-breaking scientific discovery, environmental conservation and preservation of the special character of the Bay Area.
