Walgreens Boots Alliance has (WBA) appointed Nichole Davis as Vice President, Compensation. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Ashley Schiele led the search.
As Vice President, Compensation, Nichole will lead broad compensation initiatives in support of the business and help transition the company to a more performance-based compensation model. In this role, Nichole will report to SVP, Global Talent Management, Compensation Sal Venegas. Prior to joining WBA, Nichole served as Head of Compensation, Analytics, Design & Delivery at Wells Fargo.
