BOND appoints Sr. Director, Employee Engagement and Culture from Search by Hanold Associates

BOND, an industry-leading entertainment marketing agency, has appointed Rahquaill “Rocky” Morris as Senior Director, Employee Engagement and Culture. Hanold AssociatesAdam Watson and Katrina Prospero led the search for this role in Los Angeles.

BOND operates where art, commerce and marketing combine, with a full-service range of offerings, including print, digital and A/V for films, television shows, video games and more. The company has recently created campaigns for blockbusters like The Suicide Squad, Godzilla vs. Kong and Wonder Woman 1984, 2021 Oscar nominated films like Soul, Sound of Metal and Promising Young Woman, and breakout hits like Tiger King, The Boys and Lovecraft Country. BOND has marketed video games like League of Legends and the entire Borderlands franchise. Based in the Hollywood media district of Los Angeles, the company was founded in 2012 and has grown to more than 150 employees.

Rocky was previously a Senior Director, Human Resources and Organizational Development at AVID Center, a nonprofit based in San Diego. At BOND, Rocky will lead HR and report to CEO and Co-Founder Seth Phillips Althoff. Rocky’s key focus in this new role will be building upon the company’s HR foundations, creating a function, culture and work environment that allows employees to do their best work.
