Pharmavite, a leading dietary supplements company, has appointed Kiwanda Stansbury as Director of Talent, Inclusion & Belonging. Hanold Associates’ Partners Keri Gavin and Sandra Peña led the search for this role based in the greater Los Angeles area.
The company manufactures and markets vitamins, minerals and supplements including well-known brands such as Nature Made, MegaFood, Equelle and Nurish. Pharmavite is a leader in the health and wellness industry and is headquartered near Los Angeles in West Hills, California, with several manufacturing sites across California and Alabama.
Stansbury recently served as Director, Inclusion and Diversity for Advanced Auto Parts, and prior to that, as Director, Talent Acquisition and Diversity for Family Dollar. In this newly created role at Pharmavite, she will be tasked with developing an enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy. She will also oversee talent acquisition, leading a team focused on attracting top-tier talent that will support the company’s ongoing growth.
