R1 RCM has appointed Erik Dilland as Vice President of Total Rewards. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold led the search for this Chicago-based role.
Erik Dilland, previously of Aptiv Corporation, will report to R1 RCM’s newly appointed Chief HR Officer and serve as a strategic partner and coach to the management team, Board and business leaders. Heading a team of five, he will ensure all compensation and benefit programs align with the strategic goals of the company.
