Whirlpool has appointed Mary Claire Banks as Director (Head) of Executive Recruiting. Hanold Associates’ Jordan Blackmon, Ashley Schiele, Mayank Parikh and Sarah Kennedy led the search for this role based in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
Mary previously served as Senior Manager of Executive Recruiting at Hilton. Joining Whirlpool as Director (Head) of Executive Recruiting, Mary will be responsible for building out and leading the company’s executive recruiting function, setting a vision, strategy and direction for the Executive Recruiting team. In this role, Mary will also partner with business leaders to advise and solve for talent needs, establishing strong relationships with external providers and building talent pipelining strategies.
