Virbac, an animal health company, has appointed Kim Guillaume as Vice President of Human Resources, North America. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Pena and Katrina Maione led the search for this Dallas-Fort Worth area-based role.
Virbac offers veterinarians, farmers and pet owners in more than 100 countries a comprehensive and practical range of products and services. The company’s products cover the main pathologies: parasites, antibiotics, vaccines, nutrition, dermatology, dental hygiene, aquaculture and more. Virbac is one of the largest veterinary laboratories in the world with nearly 5,000 employees worldwide across 38 countries. It has R&D centers in eight countries on five continents, sales subsidiaries in 33 countries and production sites in 10 countries. In 2020, the company had more than €934 million in revenue. Virbac operates with a vision to better feed the planet, protect the living and promote animal welfare.
Kim joins Virbac NA from Wabtec Corporation and in her leadership position at Virbac will report to the CEO and President of Virbac, NA. As a member of the executive leadership team, Kim will partner with business leaders to shape and operationalize the business and talent strategies. As the VPHR, Kim will continue to spearhead strategic partnerships with the business, drive operational efficiencies and a lead culture of performance and excellent service delivery.
