CHICAGO (Oct. 28, 2020) — US Foods has appointed Lourdes Diaz as Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion based in the Greater Chicago area. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Prospero, Sandra Peña and Jason Hanold led the search.
Lourdes Diaz comes to US Foods from Sodexo where she was Global Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, Diversity & Inclusion. At US Foods, Ms. Diaz will be responsible for leading the design and execution of US Foods’ company-wide D&I strategy. Reporting to Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness Alyson Margulies, she will work to enhance and implement a three-year roadmap to deliver programs, solutions and connections to enable a more engaged workforce, leveraging D&I to create a culture of inclusion and belonging.
