Underwriter’s Laboratories Inc. has appointed Martha Peterson as Head of Global Total Rewards. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold led the search for this role based in Chicago.

Martha previously served as a Vice President, Global Executive Compensation and Stock Programs at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Joining UL as Head of Global Total Rewards, Martha will focus on creating a more strategic, forward thinking total rewards function. In this role, Martha reports to UL’s EVP and Chief HR Officer, Linda Chapin.
