Triton International Appoints Chief Human Resources Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Triton International, the world’s largest lessor of intermodal containers, has appointed Chelsea Hogan as Chief Human Resources Officer. Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh and Jordan Blackmon led the search for this role based in Purchase, New York.

As the Chief HR Officer, Chelsea will transform and upgrade Triton’s HR function, establishing and delivering a people strategy that supports employees, the business and the future talent needs of the organization. This role will involve working closely with CEO Brian Sondey and the executive leadership team to shape and lead the direction of growth of the company. Chelsea previously served as the Vice President, Head of People, Americas at Brunswick Group, LLP.

Triton acquires, leases, re-leases and sells many types of containers used to transport freight around the world by ship, rail or truck. Headquartered in Purchase, New York, Triton has a global network of employees throughout 20 offices and in 16 countries. Through the company’s global presence, customers are able to access containers through ~410 third-party depot facilities across 44 countries. Triton is traded on the NYSE as TRTN and had 2020 revenues of $1.31 billion.
