Recruiting and Project Coordinator at Hanold Associates
Jillian is a Recruiting Coordinator at Hanold Associates and drives our efforts to enhance a great candidate and client experience throughout our executive search partnerships and assignments.
Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Jillian had progressive experiences in both the Retail and Education industries. She was an elementary school teacher for Chicago public schools where she founded and facilitated a school-wide equity committee and coordinated virtual compliance meetings. She assessed and mentored fellow teachers and developed school-wide programs to enhance the educational experience for both teachers and students. Before this, she was a retail store manager at a boutique based in Chicago.
Jillian earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Leadership from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Jillian lives in Chicago and enjoys traveling with her husband, trying new restaurants, taking workout classes and reading.
