The New York Times Appoints Director, HR Policy & Employee Relations from Search by Hanold Associates

The New York Times has appointed Lucy Kunkel as Director, HR Policy & Employee Relations. Hanold Associates’ Adam Watson and Katrina Maione led the search for this role based in New York.

As Director, HR Policy & Employee Relations, Lucy will serve as a key leader of the Times’ HR Policy & Employee relations group and its new, more structured investigations process. Partnering closely with the Executive Director of the group, Lucy will focus on conducting investigations of employee concerns in the workplace and observing internal policies and practices, implementing recommendations and promoting resolutions from findings. Lucy previously served as a Manager, Global HR Compliance & Policy at Tiffany & Co., conducting HR audits and standing up a new global HR compliance function.
