Tate & Lyle Retains Hanold Associates for Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity Search

CHICAGO (Jan. 6, 2021) ― Tate & Lyle, a leading global provider of food and beverage ingredients and solutions, has retained Hanold Associates in the search for its Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity. Keri Gavin and Katrina Prospero are leading this search based out of Tate & Lyle’s North American headquarters in the greater Chicago area.

This role will lead a team of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) professionals to shape a strategy that supports inclusion, belonging and connectedness across the entire company. Reporting to the CEO and CHRO, this leader will partner with teams around the globe to ensure the voice of the employee is heard in the advancement of the I&D strategy. The Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity will build upon existing successes and ensure implementation is carried out at the local level, reporting on results from all I&D initiatives to the executive committee and Board.
