Tate & Lyle Appoints Chief Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Tate & Lyle, a global supplier of food and beverage ingredients to industrial markets, has appointed Lauren von Stackelberg as Chief Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Officer. Hanold Associates’ Partners Keri Gavin and Katrina Prospero led the search for this key role.

Headquartered in London, Tate & Lyle serves customers in more than 120 countries. The company has plants, labs and offices employing over 4,200 people in more than 30 countries.

Von Stackelberg recently served as Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity for Expedia Group and co-founded The WealthiHer Network, driving the economic advancement and empowerment of women on a global scale. She joins Tate & Lyle in this newly formed role and will partner with the CHRO and CEO to deliver a global strategy that supports inclusion, belonging and connectedness across the entire company.
