Tailored Brands appointed Shane Smith as Chief Human Resources Officer. Hanold Associates’ Keri Gavin, Mayank Parikh, Lisa Butkus and Jason Hanold led the San Francisco Bay area search.
Shane Smith comes to Tailored Brands from The Coca-Cola Company where he held various leadership positions. Reporting directly to Tailored Brands’ newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Dinesh Lathi, Mr. Smith will not only lead the HR function, but will also be a key thought partner to the CEO and the CEO’s direct reports. He will be a leader to the entire organization as the company navigates a turnaround to position itself to win in an evolving and challenging retail landscape. Tailored Brands is shifting their operations model and the CHRO will be part of an Executive Team that is optimizing the business end-to-end.
