SunPower, a leading solar energy company, has appointed John Lee as Sr. Director, HRBP and Erika Owens as Sr. Director, TA. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Sonia Nagra led the searches for these roles.
Joining SunPower as Sr. Director, HR Business Partner, John previously served as an Executive Director, HRBP at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. In this new role, John will lead the company’s HRBP strategy and team to support the company’s executive team and business units. Erika joins SunPower as Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition after 6 years with Experian as Director, Talent Acquisition. As the Sr. Director, TA, Erika is responsible for implementation and evolution of processes to hire the best talent and lead the core operations of Talent Acquisition. Both roles will report to the Chief People Officer, Doug Richards.
