Signant Health Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Signant Health, a technically driven e-clinical solutions provider, has appointed Doug Battista as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh, Hans Henson and Eleanor Tetreault led the Philadelphia-based search.

As Chief People Officer, Doug will expand Signant’s HR function, focusing on driving the organizational culture and shaping an accountable, growth-driven, resilient workforce. In this role, Doug will report to and partner with CEO Roger Smith as a key member of the executive leadership team, leading a broader team HR team of 76. Prior to joining Signant, Doug served as Chief HR Officer at Sandford Burnham Prebys and before that was the President of Operations for Jenny Craig.
