Save The Children Retains Hanold Associates for its Chief People and Culture Officer Search

Save the Children

Save The Children US has retained Hanold Associates for its Chief People and Culture Officer search. Hanold Associates’ Neela Seenandan, Sarah Kennedy, Sandra Peña and Adam Watson will lead the search for this role.

Save The Children is the leading nonprofit protecting the lives of children in need in the United States and around the world. For more than 100 years, the organization has been dedicated to quickly and effectively resolving struggles children face, such as poverty, hunger, illiteracy and disease through providing food, medical care and education. Headquartered in Fairfield, Connecticut, Save The Children has grown to more than 1,400 employees in the United States and 25,000 globally across more than 100 countries.

The mission of Save the Children is now more important than ever, with COVID-19, climate change and conflict making the world an increasingly dangerous place for children. To better address these ever-evolving circumstances, the organization is changing how it works with children, others and itself by hiring a Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO). This leader will join at an exciting and critical time for the organization and serve as a key member of the organization’s leadership team as it continues to grow and evolve. The CPCO will lead the talent strategy for the organization’s U.S. operations while serving as a global partner and advisor.
