Safelite AutoGlass has appointed Dennis Kaps as VP of Talent Acquisition (TA). Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Sonia Nagra led the search for this role based in Columbus, Ohio.

As VP of TA, Dennis will lead talent acquisition for Safelite including field, contact center and corporate TA teams to deliver a consistent, best-in-class process to key business stakeholders in support of the company’s continued growth. Dennis will serve as a key leader on the People Leadership team and report to Vice President of Talent, Julie Morey. Prior to joining Safelite, Dennis served as Talent Acquisition Leader at Mondelēz International.

Safelite AutoGlass is the largest automotive glass repair and replacement organization in the United States.
