Robertshaw, a global engineering and manufacturing company, has appointed Ashley Lindemann as Senior Manager, Talent & Employee Development. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Sonia Nagra led the Itasca, Illinois-based search.
As Senior Manager, Talent & Employee Development, Ashley will design and build talent programs that support transformational business goals, create organizational value and drive employee engagement. In this role, Ashley will report to VP Global Talent, Learning & Organizational Development, Audrey Hackley, and provide talent strategies critical to the business and HR function. Prior to joining Robertshaw, Ashley served as Talent Development Manager at Athletico.
