Rite Aid, a health products and healthcare service provider, has appointed Laura Haag as Vice President, HRBP – Elixir, a pharmacy benefits and services company. Hanold Associates’ Val Lopez, Sandra Pena and Ivy Arlia led the search for this impactful leadership position.
As the Vice President, HRBP – Elixir, Laura will join Rite Aid’s HR leadership team, leading a growing team to shape the HR strategy for this business unit. Laura joins Rite Aid from Cigna Healthcare where she served in HR and compensation leadership positions over 10 years.
Rite Aid provides an array of health products and services for the whole family through over 2,500 retail pharmacy locations across 17 states. Through its Elixir business unit, the company also provides pharmacy benefits and services to millions of members nationwide. Rite Aid also provides telehealth services through its Rite Aid Virtual Care team along with health care coaching and analytics through its wholly owned subsidiary Health Dialog. Publicly traded on the NYSE as RAD, the company had 2020 revenues of $21.9 billion with over 50,000 associates.
