Revantage Appoints Vice President of HR Operations & Total Rewards from Search by Hanold Associates

Revantage, a Blackstone Company, has appointed Jennifer Narbutis as Vice President of HR Operations & Total Rewards. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Val Lopez led the search for this Chicago-based role. This is Hanold Associates’ third successful assignment with Revantage.

As VP of HR Operations & Total Rewards, Jennifer will oversee HR operations, including analytics and technology, as well as total rewards, and implement strategies throughout these functions with a focus on efficiency. In this role, Jennifer will report to CHRO Greg Noorigian and act as a member of the People & Culture leadership team. Prior to joining Revantage, Jennifer served as Executive Director, Global Head of HRIS at JLL.
