Quest Diagnostics has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President, Total Rewards search. Kile Hanold and Katrina Prospero lead the search for this role based in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President & CHRO, the Vice President, Total Rewards will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of enterprise compensation programs, financial benefits (non-wellness programs) and HRIS systems, supporting the company’s 46,000 employees. Leading a team of 16, this executive will drive the development and implementation of strategies and will partner with the senior management and compensation teams to build an understanding of world-class practices.
